Shipping & Taxes
Shipping fees and taxes are subject to geographical location and will be calculated at checkout.
Tax rate is 13% as per Canadian provincial requirments.
Appointment Bookings
All appointments require a $25 booking fee that will then be deducted from the total cost ofyour order at checkout. A booking fee helps guarantee appointments by limiting no shows or cancellations.
At the end of your appointment once your casting is complete, a 50% deposit fee of your order is required at the appointment. This helps us cover initial costs and confirms your commitment to the order. The remaining balance will be settled at checkout once you receive your set.
Company Policy
At Northside Grillz, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom jewlery pieces. However, with this in mind, we do not offer refunds on custom orders once they have been confirmed and placed.
We understand that sometimes, there may be issues with the fit of the grillz specifically. In this case, we will work with our customers to ensure that the issue is resolved to their satisfaction, and if necessary, we will make sure a refund is issued.
Additionally, we require a booking fee and deposit for custom jewlery orders, which are non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
We appreciate our customers' understanding of these policies, which allow us to provide the highest level of service and attention to detail in creating their unique and personalized jewlery pieces.
